Codrington Gardens is a unique place to stay, with several alternatives for accommodation; you can jump aboard one of our early century "Overland" Railway Carriages and live in First Class Luxury, or climb aboard "Bondi Express" the Sydney Double decker, both of which are always a memorable experience. Alternatively you can retreat into one of our classic Country Cottages.
Guests can dine in our cosy private dining room, or out in the beautiful relaxing courtyard.

Our 6.5 acre property is surrounded by beautiful farmlands interspersed with woodlands & wetlands & we are so close to the great Southern Ocean you can often hear it rolling onto the beach.
Blooms abound almost all year round & with over 3.5 acres of lawns flowering plants trees & shrubs, there is always something to see on your walk around the property.
Meet & greet our alpacas, sheep, peacocks, chickens, cats & dog.
There's a profusion of wild life some permanent & some transient such as the Wallabies, Kangaroos and Koala's who pass through regularly.
Codrington Gardens is in a small leigh, it doesn't look like much but it is quite significant; the up-side is this creates a very unique "weather" environment right here on the property, a sort of "mini climate" which is significantly milder & far less prone to winds than all other properties around us, but the down-side is it also seems to create a void as far as mobile phone reception is concerned. Mobile phones, & wireless internet connections, work very spasmodically here, so please bear this in mind.
